The Promoter is Killa Competitions, contactable at hello@killacompetitions.co.uk. Killa Competitions runs skill-based prize competitions in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 — no element of chance operates independently of the skill required to enter, and no lottery licence is required.

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Killa Competitions and their immediate families may not enter.
• We may verify age and address before releasing any prize.

Paid entries are made via this website. Each entry requires (a) purchase of one or more tickets and (b) a correct answer to the skill-based question shown at checkout. Entries submitted with an incorrect answer are void and will be refunded.

Free postal entry route. You may enter any Competition free of charge by sending a postcard containing your full name, address, date of birth, email address, the Competition name and your answer to the skill question to: Killa Competitions, Free Entry Route, PO Box (to be confirmed), United Kingdom. One postal entry per envelope. Postal entries must arrive before the closing date and are treated identically to paid entries.

Each Competition has a fixed maximum number of tickets and a stated closing date & time. We reserve the right to close a Competition early once all tickets are sold, or to extend the closing date if the minimum ticket threshold has not been reached — in which case entrants will be offered either a rescheduled draw, a cash alternative equal to the value of tickets purchased, or a full refund.

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using a certified random number generator. Every headline draw is streamed live on our Instagram account. The winner is contacted within 48 hours by email and/or phone.

Instant win tickets reveal any prize won on-screen at the point of purchase. Site credit is applied to the winner's account within 24 hours. Instant win prizes have no cash alternative unless stated.

• Prizes are as described on the Competition page.
• A tax-free cash alternative is available for every physical prize and is displayed on the Competition page.
• Prizes are delivered or paid within 14 days of the draw.
• If we cannot contact the winner within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a different prize.

Entries are non-refundable once the Competition has closed. If you believe an entry has been made in error, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review. We may cancel an entry (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud, multiple account abuse, or breach of these Terms.

We want everyone to enjoy Killa responsibly. Only spend what you can comfortably afford. If you feel gambling or competition entry is becoming a problem, help is available at BeGambleAware (0808 8020 133) and GamCare. You can request a self-exclusion from Killa at any time by emailing us.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the total value of tickets you have purchased for the Competition in question.

Winners agree that their first name, first initial of surname, town and prize may be published on our website and social channels. Winners may also be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity (photo/video), but participation is not a condition of receiving the prize.

Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your entry is the one published on the day you enter the relevant Competition.
