• Delivery address (winners only).
• Payment metadata (we do not store card numbers — payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider).
• Entry history and skill-question answers.
• Basic technical data: IP address, device, browser, and cookies (see section 6).

• To administer competitions and contact winners (contractual necessity).
• To verify your age and eligibility (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering rules (legitimate interest).
• To send marketing about upcoming draws — only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

We share data only with the third parties needed to run the service:

• Our payment processor (to take payment and issue refunds).
• Our email provider (to send transactional emails).
• Delivery couriers (winners only).
• Regulators or law enforcement, if required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Account and entry data is kept while your account is active and for 6 years after closure (required for financial and tax records). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Winner records are kept indefinitely as part of our public record of draws.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention).
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your basket. We use anonymous analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work correctly.

Traffic is encrypted end-to-end over HTTPS. Passwords are salted and hashed. Payment data never touches our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent site notice.
